YOUR MODALITY. YOUR WORKFLOW.

One DICOM workflow.
Leading ENT imaging brands.

Bring studies from the systems your practice already uses. Element Reads accepts brand-agnostic DICOM input through direct modality transfer or ZIP upload.

Conventional CT DICOM export/push required. Compatibility is confirmed for your specific model and configuration during setup.

01 / A SHORTER PATH

From study to draft.
Without the detour.

Direct from your modality or uploaded as a ZIP. Bring the study into one focused reporting workflow, whichever path fits your practice.

Direct from your modality. Or upload a ZIP.

Send the study straight from your CT scanner to Element Reads through the ingestion queue, or upload a DICOM ZIP from your computer. Both paths bring your study into the same report desk.

Scan. Send. Let the draft begin.

Enable automatic reading for direct ingestion: once incoming images settle, Element Reads submits the identifiable axial images without a per-study click. For ZIP uploads, review the import and submit from your report desk.

Optional automatic reading · Axial-only processing

Review. Refine. Keep moving.

Check the draft against the complete study in PACS, make your edits, and confirm review before copying. Use the web report desk for history, reviewed text downloads and printing to PDF.

04 / BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

Built with a
clear next step.

The report desk now supports approved accounts, DICOM ZIP import, queued drafts, reviewed revisions and exports. The Windows ingestion queue supports direct DICOM push and optional automatic draft generation. Payment collection is not yet enabled.

Can I sign up or install it today?

You can request an account or sign in to the report desk. New accounts need administrator approval and receive two successful trial drafts. Billing and the public Chrome Web Store listing are not yet available.

Will I need to download a ZIP from PACS?

The Windows ingestion app can receive a DICOM push from compatible CT or PACS software and upload identified axial images directly to Element Reads. With automatic reading enabled, no per-study ZIP download or submit click is needed. A one-time destination setup is required; compatibility must be checked for your scanner. ZIP import remains available as a fallback.

What happens to my images?

The report service uses temporary images for processing, then removes its processing copies after a draft report is successfully saved. Failed-job inputs expire after 24 hours; abandoned imports expire after two hours. Active jobs retain their processing inputs until completion or cancellation. Reports, revisions and necessary study/account records will remain. Source images stay in your existing PACS. Deletion retries run if a temporary file is locked. AI-provider retention is separate from deletion of files on this server. Source PACS archives and downloaded reports are not deleted by Element Reads.

Does Element Reads replace clinical interpretation?

No. Drafts require qualified clinician review against the complete source study. The public preview performs no image interpretation. Clinical validation and applicable regulatory and privacy requirements must be addressed before clinical service launch.

How does the trial work?

The planned trial includes two successfully generated study drafts per practice without a credit card. Failed imports and failed generation requests will not use those credits. After the trial, the planned subscription is $50 per month including 10 studies, with additional studies at $5.69 each. Full billing terms will be provided before checkout.

The landing-page demonstration does not submit its editor text. Please do not enter patient information into it. Account registration and the signed-in report desk submit information to the practice-operated Element Reads server. No payment details are collected.

Demo edits stay in your browser’s page memory and are not submitted by this application. Downloading an example saves a text file on your own device. This page does not add analytics or advertising scripts.

The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website. The report desk saves account details, study identity, reports and revisions on the operator’s server. Submitted rendered axial images are sent to its configured AI provider for drafting; patient identity metadata is excluded from AI requests. Use only de-identified image pixels with the current server configuration. Ask the operator about applicable service terms, privacy arrangements and AI-provider retention before uploading patient information.
