- On the computer that will receive CT scans, open Start → Control Panel → System (or Settings → System → About on newer Windows).
- Find System type and the Windows edition. Choose the 64-bit installer for supported 64-bit Windows 10/11 computers. Choose the legacy installer for 32-bit Windows 7 SP1 only.
- If your version is not listed, do not guess or install a mismatched version. Contact your applicable service provider for help selecting and setting up the ingestion queue.
After installation, generate a connection code below and enter it in the receiver app. Your service provider can also assist with the DICOM AE title, IP address and port configuration.
Security note: Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft. Ask your service provider to evaluate network isolation and security before connecting a legacy CT computer.
Codes expire in 10 minutes and work once. Generating another code replaces the previous unused code. Treat a code as a temporary sign-in credential.
